The user shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Trade On Go, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against all claims and expenses arising out of the breach of any of the terms by him or his misuse of the Application.
The user agrees that he shall be fully responsible and/or liable for any and all unauthorized use and/or misuse of his/her/its password and/or User ID and for any and all acts done by any person through the Web/ Mobile Trading System in the User’s account in any manner whatsoever. The User understands and agrees that TOG may at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, may prohibit or restrict the User’s ability to place orders or trade in securities through Trade On Go.
The users are cautioned that trading/investments in financial markets are subject to market risks and are advised to seek trading/investment advise before investing. There is no guarantee/assurance as to returns or profits or capital protection or appreciation
Trade On Go and its employees, directors, associates, and/or employees, directors, associates of group entities or affiliates is not inducing you for trading/investing in the financial market(s). Trading/Investment decision is the user’s sole responsibility. The user must also read the Risk Disclosure Document and Do’s and Don’ts before investing.
